Our approach is to ensure the clients receive a comprehensive salary benchmarking process that is grounded in best practices in pay equity management. It also identifies any gaps in pay equity and recommends strategies to address the gaps. Often the process requires restructuring of the organizational chart with the elimination / addition of positions.
