Research on customer loyalty programs
Research aimed at developing a web-based program to help asthmatics track and treat their asthma, with the primary aim of optimizing dosage compliance of a given medication.
The methodology included one-on-one interviews with asthma patients, GPs, Respirologists, and an academic specializing in human behaviour and change.
Issues covered included perception of the disease, impact on one’s life, role of the drug in treatment, compliance, exposure to a change model to increase compliance, and needs assessment of an on-line patient site. The study led to the successful development of a patient web site.
