Arcus facilitated the development of a business strategy for a Insurance, Corporate and business unit project in partnership with the Group VP and a new management team of 24 serior managers following a merger of two insurance companies.

The challenge was to understand the new set of capabilities, identify future trends
and opportunities, and create a new mission, vision and strategy.
Turning point
The turning point was agreeing on what the future driving force would be to build the
business. Through the creative use of questioning and exploring alternative strategies a
