Arcus conducted one of Ontario’s largest studies of business leaders on government policy on behalf of Ontario’s largest Chamber of Commerce. The study focused on six key areas- transportation, energy, education, borders, healthcare and infrastructure.
Objective
Identify opportunities and opinions of C-Level leaders on industry, public sector and private sector policy related issues.
Turning point
The turning point was in development of a strategy with a focus on few substantial policy issues that business leaders were concerned about. The substantial depth of insight enabled the organization to develop strategies to address its members needs with regard to policy development prior to investment decisions by the government.
